For use in chromatography equipment, MEDS have produced a new pressure vessel design for charging analytical columns.  Designed to charge eight columns simultaneously, the vessel is can operate at 16,000psi (1103bar) and withstand a test pressure of 20,000 psi.   To withstand the high pressures, while remaining inert to the chemicals used in the analytical processing, the material used is a high strength precipitation hardening stainless steel.
